Leaving this here to hopefully save people some frustrations. It took a very long time to figure out. And a lot more time on failed attempts due to the initial wait time per try.

It's a pain, but the way to get past the green and brown hair girls in the first part is to wait for about 10-11 mins before doing anything.
After 10-11 mins the green and brown hair girls will desync enough for you to walk behind the trees below where you start. You can tell you have enough time when the green hair girl stops at the square tree block (the one with the black in the middle) before the brown hair girl turns to walk towards you.
To be completely safe, wait for the green hair girl to stop and there is a quarter second or so before the brown hair girl turns around.
Once there is enough time for Connie to walk by, make sure Connie is starts standing above the first tree. The green hair girl can't see you there. As soon as the green hair girl walks away from you, you can start walking out, and you should have enough time to get behind the trees below where you started without getting caught by the brown hair girl.
Then to get to the next part, just wait until both the brown hair girl and the green hair girl are not looking down before leaving the trees. You will have plenty of time to reach the other side.
Unfortunately, this means that if you try to do it without saves, messing up at any point means waiting another 10 mins to try again.

The next part with the white hair woman just stand behind the tree one square below her. When she faces downward, you walk by.

For the next brown hair woman, you can safely stand beside the trees even though she looks straight down at Connie. Just make sure that Connie is standing on the square where the trees shadow is. One square up and the woman will see you. To get by, wait until the woman is looking up before walking around the corner. She will spot you even if she is looking to the right.
For the next sections, once you step on the pile of rocks, Connie will tell you that the only way to not get caught is to move when they are distracted looking at something. Basically do that and you should be free to make it through the rest.

For the black haired woman looking at the poster, you are safe to move Connie beside the tree in line with the cardboard box. When she's looking at the poster, walk around the tree and into the box. When she's looking at the poster again leave the box and walk down outside her rectangle that she patrols.
5.
The girl looking at a mail box is next. You are safe to stand just below the tree before entering the girl's area. It should be one square right of the box. Do the same thing. When the girls is looking at the mailbox, get into the box. Then get out when she's back at the mailbox.
The next woman walks up and down and stops at a milk carton each time she passes it. Connie is safe standing in the shadowed area after the mailbox and before the cardboard box you hide in. I stood on the square just one square above the mailbox, but I would think the shadowed square above where I stood should be safe too.
When the woman stops to look at the milk carton, walk into the box. When she stops again, you will have enough time to walk out and get behind her and walk right. If you stay in the column of square behind her, I don't know if you will get caught when she starts walking again, so don't stay by her.
6.
The next girl looks at an adult toys sign. You can safely stand beside the tree in line with the box. I'm guessing anything below that and she will spot Connie. Again when she's distracted by the sign, walk into the box, and walk out when she's back at the sign.
